    Downtown's Lunar New Year parade welcomes the Year of the Goat along Fremont East, followed by cultural performances and vendors at Downtown Container Park. Good to know: The parade runs 11 a.m.–noon, with limited bleacher seating at 8th and Fremont. The after-party runs 11 a.m.–3 p.m. at Downtown Container Park.
